Cleanings, Screenings and Check-ups
They say that a smile is the prettiest thing you can wear, and we want you to keep that smile for a lifetime! The best way to do this is to visit the dentist every 6 months. Here is what we can do to maintain your beautiful smile:
Routine Visits
During a routine visit, our team will take the time to get to know you, educate you on proper dental hygiene, and answer any questions that you may have. You will get a comprehensive exam that will include a thorough cleaning, oral cancer screening, and exam of your teeth and overall mouth.
Your first visit will take approximately 1 hour. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to process any necessary paperwork. Be sure to bring all insurance information as well as your most up to date insurance card. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Dr. Robert T Gold is a third generation dentist, providing the same quality and comprehensive care that his father and grandfather provided before him.
Dr. Gold completed his undergraduate studies at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, graduated from New York University College of Dentistry, and completed a general practice residency at the Minneapolis VA hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was in Minnesota, where he gained invaluable experience in the fields of implant, cosmetic, surgical, and sedation dentistry. In addition to his education, Dr. Gold prides himself on continuous learning, and attends over 100 hours of continuing education each year. He also stays abreast of the latest techniques and technologies, so he is able to provide his patients with the best experience and outcomes possible.
Dr. Gold is a lifelong Hudson Valley resident, and has maintained his practice in Croton, New York since 2007. He believes that establishing and maintaining relationships with his patients is the key to a successful practice. Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Gold spending time with his wife and three kids. They are an active family and like to participate in sports such as: hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding and sailing.
